PAYMENT:

All prices are in US Dollars. This website accepts International Major Credit Cards through Squarespace or National PayPal payment options and you will be directed there to checkout. For other forms of payment, contact Mitsuko by email.

Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to each session. If payment is not received by then, the session will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION / LATE / NO SHOW POLICY:

A 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session.

A “no show” is defined as anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their session. You may be charged, in full, for this missed session.

Mitsuko Designs, LLC is not responsible for any consequential damages incurred.

If clients, who have already paid for a session, cannot be intuitively read by Mitsuko for whatever reason, Mitsuko Designs, LLC will refund your purchase price for that session. It can be an indication that we were not meant to work together at that time and I respect your soul’s choices.

Any testimonials or examples provided are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results.  Many factors will be important in determining your actual results and no guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to those noted or anybody else’s.

Email addresses and personal information provided by the Client will not be intentionally shared with other companies, but may be used for communication and marketing purposes from Mitsuko Designs, LLC.

Sessions are recorded unless a client specifically asks not to. Mitsuko Designs, LLC generally deletes video files because they are too large to send or store. There may be technical difficulties of internet connection or inability to record during the session, but efforts will be made to provide a recording if possible. If the session was recorded, an audio file link(s) to the session will be sent to the client and will be available up to 60 days after the session. After that, the files may be deleted and no longer available.

The services and intuitive information offered here are meant to be used as tools and guides to support you in your process of self-exploration. Intuitive information brought through during the sessions is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or set in stone. As a client, you have the power to decide what resonates and discard whatever you want. If advice or guidance comes through, it is the client’s responsibility to make their own choices in their own lives.
